Given that the pandemic has not seen signs of being curbed overseas, and domestic cases occasionally increase, Hainan still bears great pressure of guarding against the imported cases from other parts of China and overseas. Under the circumstances, experts remind us to wear masks under the following situations:

1. Persons with respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough and sneezing, etc.

2. Patients in the hospitals, medical staff, accompanying and visitors.

3. On public transportation such as subway, bus, plane, train, and lift.

4. All the people in crowded places such as exhibition venues, shopping centers, large shopping malls, supermarkets, vegetable markets, movie theaters, etc.

5. Staff in fitness places, museums, libraries, art galleries, etc.

6. Bus station, train station, airport, restaurant, and express delivery, take-out practitioners, and staff in the community, entry and exit of the communities, etc.

7. All personnel in nursing homes, welfare homes, mental healthcare institutions, and training institutions.

8. People who live with people in isolation and discharged patients.

9. Persons returning from abroad (from time of entry to the end of isolation) and their close contacts.

10. Persons at risks because of their occupations (medical personnel, staff at isolation points and port, etc.) shall wear masks and PPEs in accordance with relevant regulations.
