The organizing committee of the 6th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) has announced a record number of participating national and regional delegations following expanded global exhibitor recruitment efforts. The Global Specialty Consumption area at this year's Hainan will feature pavilions from 22 countries and regions.
As with previous sessions, the 6th CICPE covers eight exhibition halls at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with Hall 4 dedicated to global specialty consumer products. The exhibition area, themed "Global Recognition, A New Era of Consumption," will bring together premium global consumer resources to create an immersive cross-border shopping experience. It will feature pavilions from 22 countries and regions, including "return customers" such as Canada, Ireland, Switzerland, South Korea, and Italy, as well as "new faces" such as Russia and Bulgaria, which are making their CICPE debut. Hall 4 will also host booths from international brands, including Eurocase and Karibee. Products from over 40 countries and regions will be showcased across categories such as food and health products, premium beverages, beauty and personal care, affordable luxury watches, and jewelry.
Compared to previous sessions, Hall 4 at this year's CICPE features three upgrades in international brand participation and the diversity of exhibits:
1. Even more international
The goal for this year's CICPE was to ensure that 100% of all brands in Hall 4 are international. This has been achieved, with over 600 brands participating, setting a new record.
2. Even more comprehensive
Hall 4 will extend its original product display from premium products like Canadian health supplements, Swiss watches, and crystals from the Czech Republic to include high-quality items such as Korean fragrances and cosmetics, jewelry from Japan, and bird's nest from Malaysia, along with specialty products like New Zealand dairy products and Australian wines.
3. Even stronger lineup
Japan's Mitsubishi Corporation will showcase brands including Mitsubishi Foods, Kamakura Shirts, Lawson convenience stores, and VAIO laptops. Nam Kwong Group, which is making its debut this year, will present high-quality consumer products from the Macao SAR and Portuguese-speaking countries. Istituto Marangoni, a globally renowned fashion and art institution from Italy, will also participate for the first time.
Canada, this year's guest country of honor, will present its largest-ever exhibition, featuring a 400-square-meter national pavilion showcasing around 40 companies and brands. In addition to product exhibits from around China and the world, the CICPE will host a series of events, including an official opening ceremony for Canada's pavilion, new product launches, and buyer-supplier matchmaking sessions.
