The carnival is scheduled to consist of four sections, namely the opening ceremony, activities at the main venue in Haikou, celebrations in other cities and counties, as well as seven themed tourism routes. Haikou plans to launch 11 activities including an art performance week and the 4th China-ASEAN University Students’ Culture Week. Four duty-free stores in Haikou are also expected to launch sales promotion events.
