Online registration of 3rd Hainan Expo opens
To make this year’s Hainan Expo a greener one, personnel who held group visitor passes, organizing committee passes, or press passes for last year’s Expo will be able to re-use passes issued to them this year. Those who belong to the above categories of visitors can log onto the CICPE official website and select ‘re-use my pass’ to reactivate their passes. Once reactivated, passes can be used as normal.
Entry into the venue itself will be a breeze for most. Those who registered with their Chinese Mainland Resident ID cards will be able to swiftly pass through the entrance gates with a swipe of their ID cards. Non-ID card holders (including Chinese citizens from Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan and foreign citizens) must undergo manual verification at manned entrance gates.
Passes can either be delivered by post free of charge (within the Chinese mainland) or collected in person (organizations can designate a representative to collect the passes for personnel attending). The CICPE ticketing and pass center is at Haikou Luneng Center, 6 Changbin 3rd Road, Xiuying District, Haikou and will officially open on March 20, 2023.
Attendees can track the status of their pass application and delivery status via the CICPE official website or WeChat public account (中国国际消费品博览会).
The 3rd CICPE will be held in Haikou, Hainan, from April 11 to April 15, and the opening ceremony being held on April 10. Preparations are moving ahead smoothly, with the exhibitor recruitment phase basically completed.
Representatives from Richemont Group, Pernod Ricard Group, Dufry Group and Pola Orbis Holdings also attended.
