In order to clarify the scope of products applicable to the "zero tariff" production equipment for self-use purposes in Hainan Free Trade Port, the relevant issues in the Circular of the Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs on Clarifying the Scope of Products Related to "Zero Tariff" Production Equipment for Self-use Purposes in Hainan Free Trade Port are hereby notified as follows:

The "zero tariff" production equipment in Hainan Free Trade Port includes commodities other than the spare parts, accessories and components of household appliances and equipment in Chapter 84, 85, and 90 of the Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China. Please see attached for the list of the spare parts, accessories and components of household appliances and equipment.
