This policy is conducive to reducing the ship purchase costs of the shipping companies, and is an effective supplement to the international ship registration system of the Hainan Free Trade Port, which will attract Chinese-funded international ships to register at the Yangpu Port of China as the international port of registry. We will build the Yangpu Port into a new international land and sea container hub to connect Western China with the world.
